Experience & Background

Experience of working in a similar role with card management platform
Good experience and exposure with Java, Springboot, API management and cloud technologies
Experience and knowledge of integrated payment eco systems \xe2\x80\x93 Loyalty, 3DS, Tokenisation, Core Banking, and others
Should have done Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-end and back-end development and application support teams and their projects for card management platforms
Monitor, enhance and ensure reliability and performance of all systems through continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with regulations and security guidelines
Identify and execute platform improvement projects by defining requirements, goals, and timelines
Prepare and manage the engineering department\'s budget
Design strategies for future enhancement and commercialization of platforms maligned with organisations goals and objectives
Hire engineers, ensure adequate engineering capacity is available to all times
Implement innovative technologies
Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
Review and ensure adherence to internal and procedures
