Job Description
DESCRIPTION
To manage the efficient operation, infrastructure and availability of all the banking systems that run on production, DR and development servers.
To manage the security and environment of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s Computer Rooms.
To maintain and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Providing the strategy, leadership, and day-to-day management of operation and infrastructure.
To participate with the Head, IT & in planning & organizing the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Operation, Network, SWIFT, Communication Infrastructure and Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Main Computer Systems
To participate with the Head, IT & in establishing budget plan in terms of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Network, SWIFT, Communication and Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Main Computer System Infrastructure requirement
To manage and control the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s IT and Communication infrastructure
To ensure that there is an adequate Recovery plan in the event of major communication failure
To maintain and upgrade the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s main Computer Hardware and Software
