Job Description

You will play a critical leadership role in overseeing network and telecom operations, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity across a group of government entities. You will lead the end-to-end management of telecom services, network infrastructure, vendor relationships, and service performance.

Lead the delivery and continuous optimization of network and telecom services, ensuring high availability and security.
Oversee vendor and contract management, including SLA monitoring, procurement, and compliance with telecom agreements.
Ensure network and telecom infrastructure aligns with business continuity and disaster recovery requirements, as well as cybersecurity policies.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, ensuring alignment on service expectations and delivery.
Monitor service performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in network reliability and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or PMP are preferred.
Proven experience in leading network and telecom operations across complex, multi-entity environments.
Strong expertise in MPLS, SDWAN, SASE, VPNs, Cloud Networking, WiFi, and telephony systems.
Demonstrated success in vendor and contract management within telecom or IT operations.
Deep understanding of BCP/DR frameworks and cybersecurity compliance.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, ideally within a government or public sector context.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous service improvement.
