Job Summary: The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive.You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives. Responsibilities: 1.Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output 2.Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings 3.Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth 4.Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms Meet with clients and liaise with them to determine their requirements, timescale, and budget. 5.Build long-term relationships with key clients. 6.Address client concerns and complaints. 7.Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. 8.Craft, along with the team, strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. 9.Prepare proposals, budgets, and timeline for projects. 10.Set, monitor and report on team goals. 11.Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. 12.Keeps management informed and up to date by reviewing and summarizing information and jobs status. 13.Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material). 14.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. 15.Manage office finances and prepare monthly financial reports and payroll. 16.Run basic human resource tasks. Qualifications
A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
3+ years\' in digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
