About the job
  • Responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the market activation plan in the market cluster and ensuring activations drive brand awareness, consideration, purchase and re-purchase to achieve brand and business objectives. This includes among others:
    • Communicating 360 plans to colleagues, partners and online for execution, etc.
    • Enabling sales force to execute market activation plan across all channels via right level of communication i.e. submit content for publishing in Coco to Sales Operations
    • Plan and realize local marketing activities, in-store events and social media based on provided toolbox
    • Ensure implementation of centrally defined Visual Merchandising standards in all distribution channels
    • Activating and implementing sell-in toolbox with partners
  • Responsible for the management of marketing activities along PR / Comms / Digital / Events, CRM / Promotions, VM and Trade Marketing ensuring there is a consistent consumer experience and execution based on central guidelines and budget allocated (this includes approvals of any POs and orders)
  • Orchestrate and prepare content for key events i.e. dealer days, PR events, etc. with colleagues (sales, marketing, merchandising, customer service, etc.) to ensure excitement for the brand and / or to maximize sell-in and sell-through
  • Orchestrate and consolidate feedback across all functions incl. sales teams, online, etc. to Marketing Delivery and propose solutions / improvement opportunities based on market requirements
  • Together with Marketing Delivery perform regular performance reviews and tracking of costs / budget spend in line with central guidelines and towards brand and business objectives
  • Responsible for management of local social media platforms (if applicable), and for ensuring all local content requests are within the global framework guidelines and are approved by Marketing Delivery. This includes preparation of any business cases on proposals for activation on any local social media platforms as well as any local influencer strategies / opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving brand performance in collaboration with media agencies, managing local social media platforms according to central guidelines with approval from central
  • Ensure any local marketing activities (online and offline) are within the global framework guidelines (i.e. in alignment with the market activation plan) or any local adaptation needs and solutions are proposed to Marketing Delivery for approval
  • Support the Market Cluster MD in the development of any strategic plans i.e. FPPs, MTPs, etc. based on consumer insights, marketplace trends and learnings to achieve brand and business objectives
  • Act as a brand ambassador, creating relationship with the press and influencers and key people from the markets incl. trade partnerships
  • Responsible for ensuring there is a good communication flow and sharing of best practices between local and central teams and that all requests are channeled via Marketing Delivery
  • Is the key point of contact for all marketing related requests for the market cluster
  • Ensure consistency in execution of e-com activation supports. This includes developing clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops in existing but also new multichannel accounts.
  • Key point of contact and advisor to key accounts (incl. pure players in markets where there is no e-commerce manager in place) for enquiries related to Swarovski digital communication activities and solutions across channels
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of marketing - 5 years in a similar role ideally in Retail/Consumer Goods Business
  • Strong affinity and experience in fashion and retail industry
  • Experience and knowledge in the areas of PR/media including digital marketing, CRM/Promotions, VM and Trade Marketing
  • Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Traveling required
