Role Overview
The Head of Growth & Marketing is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with data-driven growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle-from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Revenue Impact
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content, PR, social media, and CRM
- Develop and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) growth
- Identify and test new growth channels, partnerships, and monetization opportunities
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Marketing Leadership
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
