Head of Marketing, for a startup Fintech firm. As a Head of Marketing, you will spearhead the app user growth efforts in the digital marketing space. You will work hand in hand with marketing manager and outsourced agency when applicable, and most importantly mentor other junior team members.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in similar role in B2C tech start-up, ideally fintech, some agency experience also relevant.

  • Solid knowledge of App Performance Marketing and tools such as Adjust, Firebase, and Google Analytics.

  • Solid knowledge of all performance marketing tactics across multiple advertising channels. (Display / SEM / Paid Social / App)

  • You will be an analytics person at heart, and have run your own paid marketing campaigns, KPIs setting by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocating budgets to maximize the KPIs.

  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced iterative environment and to business directional change

  • High proficiency in Arabic, English. French is a plus
