The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the entire marketing function for our F&B portfolio. This is a senior leadership role where you will be the custodian of our brands' creative vision and the architect of our commercial growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness, drives customer acquisition and retention, and solidifies our position as the market leader in experiential dining and entertainment. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision:

  • Develop and implement the overarching marketing and brand strategy for the entire Rise Hospitality portfolio.
  • Define the brand positioning, voice, and creative direction for each venue, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy.
Brand Building & Creative Campaigns:
  • Conceptualize and launch 360 marketing campaigns for new venue openings, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee all creative output, from digital content and social media to PR, partnerships, and in-venue collateral.
  • Foster a strong brand community and cultivate brand loyalty through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Manage and evolve the brands' public relations and media strategy to maximize positive exposure.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy across all channels: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Drive the e-commerce strategy, including online booking systems, gift card sales, and merchandise.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to keep our brands at the forefront of the industry.
Commercial Acumen & Performance:
  • Work closely with venue General Managers to align marketing activities with sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on marketing KPIs (e.g., covers, average spend, customer LTV, brand sentiment) to the leadership team.
Team Leadership & Agency Management:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, creative, digital) to ensure delivery of best-in-class work.
Who You Are
  • A proven marketing leader with 8+ years of experience, with a significant portion in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong creative flair and an exceptional eye for detail.
  • A data-driven marketer who is equally comfortable with brand storytelling and performance analytics.
  • An expert in the full marketing mix, with deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, and brand development.
  • An excellent communicator, presenter, and collaborator, able to inspire your team and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deeply connected to the cultural and social landscape of Dubai.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing F&B brands.
  • Extensive experience in managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating a clear ROI.
  • Strong network of media, influencer, and agency contacts in the UAE is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
