Dubai, UAE SALARY: 40,000 AED - 45,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is a startup B2B FMCG Export Company that has recently expanded to Dubai. They are looking for a Head of Marketing. This person will be part of the leadership Team & responsible for overseeing all the marketing and brand development of the company and their FMCG brands. They will work as part of the management team to grow the business through marketing and outreach. These efforts also help to cultivate a public image, market share, and inspire customer confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Building out the team and working closely with the CTO
  • Will be responsible for creating own FMCG brands and bringing them to life
  • Work with outside agencies to go through the creative process
  • Research market trends and company profiles to assess the best matches.
  • Create and manage the marketing calendar for all product lines. This includes all social media, working with graphic design on content and message.
  • Working with Sales and other departments to validate campaigns are meeting financial and other company goals.
  • Implement and guide mailing campaigns to work with new and existing customers, marketing leads and other targeted groups.Focused campaign creation to give attention to a manufacturer or product.
  • Use information gained to update database/CRM, exam trends and analyze customer habits.
  • Corporate communications for the company including announcement of new vendors, price increases, promotions, new items and products that are discontinued.
  • Analyze marketing budgets and review the current programs/sites used to assess ROI.
  • Negotiating contracts and long-term partnerships with contacts, working on terms that are most cost effective for the company.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Has worked with both Multinational & a start-up ecosystems within FMCG and in Food as a must (ideally in Snacking)
  • Hands on professional who has created new brands from scratch is a must
  • Experience of at least 12 years and ideal age bracket 35-45 years old
  • Able to manage, inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or business administration, master\'s degree a plus.
  • Experience working with marketing or related field such as advertising.
  • Strong background in working with social media platforms.
  • Experience in working with campaigns from start to finish including creation, implementation, reporting and analyzation.
  • Excellent communication skills with all facets of the organization.
