• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• 10+ years\' experience in UAE in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience heading the Marketing Department
• E-commerce and Digital Marketing background
• Experience in Media Planning, Campaign Planning, Advertising, Brand Management, Trade marketing, and strategy - a MUST for this position.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing messages and campaigns.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team of 4 members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
• Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and print ads.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to develop and launch new products and services, ensuring they are effectively promoted to the target audience.
• Execute, track, and analyze marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all spending is within the approved budget and delivers the desired ROI.
