ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Marketing for Mondia Group and based in Dubai, to lead our marketing activities. As a Head of Marketing, you are responsible to lead the marketing team and suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns.

  • Work closely with our partners, creative and commercial teams to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy.
  • Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and support the commercial objectives across all our businesses.
  • Own all internal and external communication activities including PR, intranet content and announcements
  • Ensure a digital presence on various external platforms to ensure external visibility.
  • Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
  • Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
  • Prepare monthly marketing budget
  • Create monthly performance reports for the marketing department.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavours competitively.
  • Manage, maintain and enhance the business brands across the group.
ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. You will be a visionary team leader who is self-driven and able to work independently. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment industry would be at a distinct advantage.

Candidates with experience in one of these industries would be strong contenders - Telcos, Digital Monetization and/or Omni-Channel Digital Marketplace/platforms.

Other qualifications include:
  • Qualification in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
  • Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, and/or similar will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
