Third-Party Risk Management, Integrity Due Diligence, and Pre-Employment Background Screening services.The position holder will be responsible for this.. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring an effective business marketing and branding strategy across CRI Group and ABAC.. Leading the development of all strategic regional marketing plans.. Focusing on growing targeted audiences and the uptake for CRI and ABAC Group products and services.. Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and their implementation including branding, social media, and digital marketing, content development, marketing camp, sign, and advertising strategy.. Developing and implementing the CRI Group and ABAC corporate brand identity in consultation with stockholders.. Establish strategic marketing and promotional partnerships with industry-specific professional trade organizations.. Endeavor efforts to create brand awareness, and a thought leadership strategy, by publishing articles in business magazines, newsletters, terms, and other published business sources within the industry sector, professional trade organizations, and resources to react h out FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 targets.. Identifying the requirements of external resources such as managing and engagement of creative agencies and retainer partners.. Conducting strategic marketing analysis that will help guide effective marketing messages.. Consistently identifying new market opportunities to facilitate revenue growth and strategizing the product development and implementation of plans.. Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company's marketing outreach efforts.. Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation. Most specifically all marketing activities should follow local and regional data protection and privacy laws.. Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership in the entire team by demonstrating the company's values and championing the leadership behavior framework.. Plan and direct social media and digital marketing efforts on various social networks; Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-performing online and offline marketing programs with a focus on account-based marketing to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities;. Plan and spearhead marketing events and another campaign to strengthen the public relations and brand positioning where it matters most. Collaborate with content teams and distributing partners to ensure an integrated marketing strategy that works smoothly at all levels.. Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output. Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings. Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth. Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms. Develop the required changes in the digital marketing strategy based on timely data given by the digital marketing team if required. Develop an annual marketing budget and keep track of the resource needs to meet long-term and short-term organizational goals and objective. Strategize and collaborate with the sales team and operations head to identify opportunities in the market. Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.. Collaborate with the operations teams to maintain smooth communication both externally and internally.. Continue to build both CRI and ABAC brands, expand market share and generate revenue by setting an effective marketing strategy and meeting key performance indicators defined by the management.. Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI) to the Group CEO.. Perform duties assigned by management as per the need and requirements.Organization Specific Responsibilities:. Supporting the Brand Manager and global marketing team within the organization. 360-degree marketing understanding: works as part of the team to develop seamless and extensive marketing campaigns. Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) principles; supports the team in ensuring that all we do is SEO friendly and identifies suitable sources to build links. Support all lead generation activities, including the in-house creation of content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on the company site (CRI and ABAC), and encourages audience participation; this will include working with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. HubSpot knowledge is a must; between email marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, CTAs, and forms, we do everything through HubSpot.Core Competencies;.
