Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing lead specialized in Real Estate to move to a high growth brokerage. The company is experiencing rapid, organic growth and since they are focused on improving the employee experience, they are looking for someone to lead the execution of the people strategy & scaling strategy in the region. :
-Increasing brand awareness and market share
-Set, monitor and report on team goals
-Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
-Creating Quality leads for the company.
-To assist existing marketing team to generate quality leads
-Ensure that relevant systems are in place that help the flow of communication across the team
-Own the employee experience for the region
-Restructure the marketing department & scale the existing team The Successful Applicant:
-5+ years Experienced in a Marketing of REAL ESTATE only
-Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
-Excellent collaboration and team-working skills.
-Able to influence, gains the support of stakeholders to get things done.
-Preferably a Degree with either a Marketing or Business component
-Strong managerial skills, a strategist & visionary
