UV Group is a forward-thinking company looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Head and Content Creator to join our team. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on content creation to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across various digital platforms.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll lead all marketing initiatives, manage social media channels, drive brand awareness, and implement campaigns that grow our audience and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize and Execute Marketing Plans:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.Content Creation:
Plan, create, and distribute compelling content across blog posts, social media platforms, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.Digital Campaign Management:
Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaboration:
Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to bring innovative marketing approaches to the table.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a creative storytelling approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.
