The Abu Dhabi Biobank (ADBB) is a key initiative, focusing on Cord Blood Biobanking (CBB), supporting clinical research, trials, and translational medicine. The Head of Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that enhances the organizations brand positioning, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This role will refine the companys value proposition, create core messaging frameworks, and leverage key marketing opportunities to strengthen visibility. Additionally, the role will oversee a team, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and in coordination with the Groups communications and marketing leadership, this role plays a critical part in shaping the companys external and internal communications strategies. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives. Manage corporate branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications. Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication strategies. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website management, and content marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Establish key performance metrics and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Lead the development of marketing collateral and content to support business development efforts. Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing and communications activities. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in corporate branding, digital marketing, and media relations. Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
