Job Description

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and spearheading innovative new product development initiatives. Your strategic vision, creative thinking, and strong business acumen will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and driving revenue across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and NPD strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and brand vision.

o Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing and NPD goals, timelines, and budget allocation.

2. Brand Management:

o Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

o Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence in all marketing communications.

o Oversee the development of creative marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 online and offline - that effectively communicate the brand\'s value proposition and resonate with target audiences.

3. New Product Development:

o Lead the NPD process from ideation to commercialization, working closely with designer, production management, and other relevant teams.

o Identify market gaps and consumer needs to drive innovation and develop new product concepts.

o Conduct feasibility assessments, competitive analysis, and market testing to validate new product ideas.

4. Cross-country Marketing Execution:

o Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for all target markets, ensuring consistency and localization as necessary.

o Direct marketing activities across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and trade shows.

o Monitor marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.

o Manage the international website and update as required.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate closely with regional distributors teams to ensure alignment and consistency in global marketing efforts.

o Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and finance teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

o Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support marketing initiatives.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

o Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing and NPD teams.

o Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, attracting top talent and developing high-performing teams.

o Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to drive professional growth.
