The Role
Position Title: Head of Marketing and Communications Employment Type: Full Time Salary: AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus housing allowance Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational : . Develop, manage, and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for the company to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals. . Set the yearly agenda for the marketing group and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals. . Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including social media marketing, conventions / events, advertisements, and other initiatives. . Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives. . Ensure all services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management. . Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Arabic nationals . 45 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or any related field . At least 10 years' of work experience; 3 years' experience in the sector including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing and some public relations; 5 years' direct work experience in a marketing management capacity
