Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Market Access to be based in Dubai. - Designing and implementing innovative solutions and services in market access based on changes in healthcare trends, setting strategies and action plans.
- Provide appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments and other policy changes which may affect Pricing and Access.
- Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in health economics and Pharma economics is a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of Market Access experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory, access, commercial, and procurement in GCC Market.
- Excellent people management experience and managed successful teams in previous leadership roles.
- Experience in key account management, enlisting, tendering, and contracting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
