Our Engineering team is seeking a senior Manager to lead the manufacturing and R&D division for an international firm specializing in Oil & Gas surface technologies and facilities. Your role will involve evaluating the company's products and make the best possible improvements while taking cost effectiveness into account. Overseeing the production of the initial batch of new products and solutions. Creating and overseeing the system components or directing product modifications to guarantee adherence to engineering design and performance requirements. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of work experience in a comparable role and 12 years or more of relevant work experience Knowledge of oil and gas surface equipment such as valves, Christmas tree equipment, and surface wellhead design engineering. Mechanical engineering bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification. Solid familiarity with the requirements and specifications and standards for Oil & Gas valves. The capacity to handle strict deadlines and lead design reviews and projects Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Work in the GCC experience is preferred.
