Head Of Maintenance
Job Description
FirstPoint Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Maintenance to lead our maintenance division and ensure high-quality service delivery across all projects
.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar leadership role
Strong background in residential and commercial maintenance operations
Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility services
Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and handle client relations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance activities and manage technical staff
Prepare quotations, job reports, and ensure timely project completion
Monitor KPIs and work with management to meet monthly performance targets
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
Implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency
