Job Title: Head of Engineering & Maintenance - Airports
Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Engineering & Maintenance to lead all engineering and maintenance operations across airport facilities in the UAE for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in airport infrastructure and systems, combined with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and international engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
\[ Lead, plan, and manage all engineering and maintenance functions for airport facilities and infrastructure
\[ Ensure compliance with ICAO, GCAA, and other international engineering and safety standards
\[ Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency and safety
\[ Oversee engineering projects, budgets, and asset management
\[ Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors
\[ Liaise with aviation authorities, consultants, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
\[ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
\[ Minimum 10 years of experience in airport engineering and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
\[ In-depth knowledge of ICAO, GCAA, and international airport engineering standards
\[ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
\[ UAE or regional experience preferred
