They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance in their business activities.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Head of Legal Regulatory Compliance to oversee the legal and compliance aspects of the organization's Forex operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal and regulatory compliance, with a specific focus on maintaining legal compliance within the Forex trade. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework and adheres to all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight:

Lead and manage the legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Regulatory Engagement:

Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate reporting and filings.

Risk Management:

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks.

Policy Development:

Create and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.

Training and Awareness:

Conduct regular training sessions and awareness programs for employees on compliance matters.

Advisory Role:

Provide expert advice to senior management on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal matters related to Forex trading.

Audit and Monitoring:

Conduct regular audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

10+ years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance roles within Forex, financial services, or banking sectors.

Expertise:

Proven experience advising senior management on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal matters in Forex trading.
