Conduct
A/B testing
on messaging, targeting, and outreach frequency to optimize conversion rates.
Maintain and manage CRM workflows inside
Salesforce
, ensuring all leads, activities, and campaigns are tracked accurately.
Partner with leadership to brainstorm and implement
creative, out-of-the-box ideas
for outbound growth, including new verticals, partner outreach, and webinars.
Manage campaign analytics and performance dashboards to report KPIs and ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure follow-up consistency.
Continuously research and test new automation and AI tools to improve lead efficiency and scalability.
Plan and coordinate
monthly webinars and lead-gen events
to drive partner and client engagement.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in
B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or growth automation
, ideally within SaaS, tech, or consulting.
Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn automation (HeyReach, Aimfox, etc.)
, and
Salesforce CRM
.
Proven ability to build and manage
automated multichannel prospecting workflows
.
Data-driven mindset with experience in
A/B testing
and campaign analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a "test and learn" attitude -- unafraid to experiment and iterate fast.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage campaigns for
