This Group is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Head of Lead Optimization & Conversion to transform how we manage and convert leads across all business channels. This senior role combines lead management strategy, CRM funnel optimization, and oversight of our Quality Assurance and Mystery Shopping units - managing a dynamic team of 40+ professionals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in high-volume lead operations (1,000+ leads/day), excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of client journey analytics.
