Head of Interior Design

to lead our design team and drive creative excellence across all projects.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Interior Design, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction, design strategy, and project execution of all interior design projects. You will oversee the design team, ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards, and maintain the highest levels of creativity, functionality, and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the interior design department, including designers, 3D visualizers, and CAD specialists. Oversee concept creation, space planning, design development, and final presentations. Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements. Provide creative direction and design solutions that reflect the company's brand identity and client expectations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth design-to-execution handover. Review and approve design drawings, material specifications, and FF&E selections. Stay updated with global interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Maintain strong client relationships, participate in client meetings, and present design proposals. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices. Mentor and inspire the design team, fostering creativity, efficiency, and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-execution interior design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
