Head of Interior Design Department

to lead our interior team and bring creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the interior design department, overseeing all phases of design projects from concept to completion. Develop and implement creative design strategies aligned with client requirements and company standards. Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of interior designers and junior staff. Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and project management teams to ensure integrated project delivery. Maintain quality control on all design deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Expertise in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V- Ray and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven experience managing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
