Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in British/international curriculum schools (e.g., IGCSE, IB, CBSE).
Certification in SEN (Special Educational Needs) or inclusive education (e.g., PGCEi, NASENCO).
Proven leadership/coordination experience (e.g., SENCO, department head, or inclusion role).
Familiarity with international safeguarding practices and individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities: * Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and implement the school's inclusion policy in alignment with international standards.
Lead a team of support staff (teaching assistants, therapists, counselors).
Student Support:

Identify and assess students with diverse learning needs (SEN, EAL, gifted/talented).
Design personalized learning plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
Collaboration:

Ensure adherence to international safeguarding protocols and legal requirements (e.g., UK SEND Code of Practice).
