Job Title: Head of Inclusion(HOI)

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Inclusion Head will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the school, ensuring every student, staff member, and family feels valued and supported. This role involves developing strategies, policies, and practices that foster an inclusive learning environment and align with Abu Dhabi education standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an inclusive education framework in line with UAE educational policies. Support the integration of students of determination and diverse needs into the school community. Provide training for staff on inclusive teaching practices and cultural competency. Collaborate with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure students' individual needs are met. Monitor and report on the progress of inclusion initiatives and student outcomes. Promote a culture of respect, equity, and belonging across the school.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SEN Education or a related field (Master's preferred). 2 years experinece. Certification in Special Education or Inclusion practices is a plus. Proven experience in managing inclusion programs in schools. Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations and inclusion standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
