Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Inclusion Department and oversee all inclusion-related programs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Ensure compliance with UAE Inclusion Framework and school policies. Support teachers in differentiating instruction for students of determination. Coordinate assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring. Conduct parent meetings and collaborate with external specialists when required. Organize staff training and promote an inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or Inclusion (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.

Proven experience in leading Inclusion/SEN departments. Strong knowledge of UAE Inclusive Education policies and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.

Sponsorship / family visa holders are preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.
