As a growing school, we are looking for an efficient and experienced leader to lead the Inclusion Department.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Counselling / Psychology / Special Education (mandatory) Master's degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or Educational Leadership (preferred) Special Needs/Inclusion/ SENCO Certification or Equivalent KHDA /ADEK/SPEA Approved Candidates are preferred Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or inclusion role Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including: Learning disabilities Autism Spectrum Disorders ADHD and behavioral/emotional needs Developing and managing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Leading a team of inclusion support staff or shadow teachers Coordinating with parents, external therapists, and specialists Ensuring compliance with UAE Inclusion Framework and inspection standards (KHDA/ADEK/SPEA)
