This position will provide oversight, management, and direction for all Assets\xe2\x80\x99 health technology (Healthtech) service lines\xe2\x80\x99 marketing activities, directly managing the Healthtech Service Lines marketing team and working closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications unit. The position will work closely with the Marketing and Communications, peers, communications teams, and asset-based marketing to oversee Healthtech Service Line Marketing; advertising and media buy; campaigns; CMEs, digital marketing; while also supporting the Business Development and Strategy units within the organization. The Head of Healthtech Service Lines Marketing has the responsibility to enhance the Healthtech Service Lines\xe2\x80\x99 growth and reputation.

As a Marketing and Communications Business Partner (MCBP), provide guidance and oversee the development of marketing strategies and programs in line with the targeted objectives of the specific asset.
Ensure that any marketing strategy and communications program also complements and adds value to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s overarching brand proposition and increases brand awareness.
Oversee branding, marketing, and communications for the asset(s), such as the website, social media channels, campaigns and advertising material, and ensure accuracy and that they, as well as the organization\xe2\x80\x99s brand, are being used correctly, according to brand guidelines.
Identify appropriate opportunities for the asset to join industry conversations, whether at conferences or to commemorate relevant events/days in the calendar and ensure alignment with the network
Work with the respective asset to devise and implement specific marketing and communications plans that enhance awareness and an understanding of the specific Healthtech service lines
Liaise with Healthtech service line leads and assets to create marketing programs that resonate with the relevant audience
Qualifications
BA/BSc or above
Minimum of 12 years of experience working in marketing and communications
Passionate, creative, and experienced marketing professional with a demonstrable track record of delivering effective marketing and branding strategies to Healthtech organizations
Effective people manager who can manage the asset marketing leads to deliver on each of their strategies
Exceptional understanding of the region\xe2\x80\x99s healthcare sector, including the particular needs and objectives of organizations operating in the sector.
Experience managing large marketing budgets and a proven ability to maximize ROI across different initiatives
Effective team player, able to work independently to drive results to deadline and manage pressure situations
Strong creative abilities in design and messaging that resonates with consumers and an ability to develop, rationalize, and present strategy to executive management teams
Excellent verbal and written communications and an ability to deliver and edit high-quality and targeted content
Skill managing complex marketing projects with excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and computer skills, with excellent knowledge of analytics and digital marketing strategies
Ability to take initiative and show desire to help others learn and master essential skills
Strong multi-tasking skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities, leverage available resources and stays focused under pressure
