A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Head of Customer Service to be based in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Supervises the customer service team.
Responsible for execution of supply chain processes in the region.
Oversees the order management processes and development.
Ensures an efficient service is provided to customers and the team manage and maintain all customer data such as address, prices, etc to ensure smooth processing of orders.
Liaise with internal teams to interpret policy and progress product availability.
Prepare reports as needed for management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Economic Science or Equivalent, APICS certification a plus.
Medical Devices and/or Healthcare industry experience a must.
A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience indemand planning, supply planning, or forecastingin a similar sector.
Ability to work and build relationships with internal customers, sources of supply, external subcontracting vendors and business peers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong MS Office (Excel, Power Point) skills.
ERP setup experience.
