Job Description

A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Head of Customer Service to be based in Dubai.   • Supervises the customer service team.
  • Responsible for execution of supply chain processes in the region.
  • Oversees the order management processes and development.
  • Ensures an efficient service is provided to customers and the team manage and maintain all customer data such as address, prices, etc to ensure smooth processing of orders.
  • Liaise with internal teams to interpret policy and progress product availability.
  • Prepare reports as needed for management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Economic Science or Equivalent, APICS certification a plus.
  • Medical Devices and/or Healthcare industry experience a must.
  • A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in demand planning, supply planning, or forecasting in a similar sector.
  • Ability to work and build relationships with internal customers, sources of supply, external subcontracting vendors and business peers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Power Point) skills.
  • ERP setup experience.
