Domus Flower is one of the country\'s leading fresh flower wholesalers. It has recently established a new independent division with a unique business model. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Customer Service to lead our customer service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, including customer support, customer retention, and customer satisfaction. As Head of Customer Service, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.   • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high- quality customer support.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met across all areas of the business.
  • Monitor and report on key customer service metrics to senior management.
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies that improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure that the customer service team is adequately trained on company products and services.
Required Experience:
  • Candidate should have 5+ years of UAE experience in Customer Service Leadership Role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer date and feedback to make date-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Experience in implementing customer service technologies and tools.

  • Driver License will be required
  • Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service leadership role (Preferred)
