As the Head of Sales at ThinkMarkets in MENA, your role is pivotal in driving business growth in the dynamic FX market. Fluent in Arabic, you\'ll lead the execution of a robust sales strategy targeting new and existing clients. Direct client interaction, collaboration with the global sales team, and coordination with management are key aspects. Your expertise in electronic trading and market dynamics will be crucial for expanding our presence and driving success in the MENA region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, including setting sales targets, identifying target markets, and allocating resources. Set and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners, negotiating and managing partnerships aligned with company goals to deliver value to clients.
  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying market opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Monitor and report key sales performance metrics regularly.
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a sales and partnership team, providing clear direction, setting targets, and supporting professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and conducting regular account reviews for growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform sales and partnership strategies and adjust plans as needed.
  • Regularly track and analyze sales performance, set targets, and monitor progress against these targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that sales and partnership activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Business Development and Forex sales within the financial or stock brokering sector, with a focus on B2C and B2B business.
  • Essential previous experience in the MENA FOREX trading industry, showcasing accomplishments or specific responsibilities.
  • Demonstrable experience with an existing portfolio of clients in the MENA region, highlighting the size and significance of the portfolio.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Native proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, including successful team handling.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative to independently drive business expansion and generate new business, setting clear KPIs and achieving predefined targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
