Position: iconiK Head of International Sales Company: iconiK Loyalty Card Services LLC Location: based in Oud Metha offices, may need to travel abroad for the organization and operation of off-site sales teams. Introduction:
This position primarily is responsible for the setup of new sales and lead generations strategies for the iconiK Membership Club, including but not limited to: setup of online and physical lead generation strategies, organization of sales and conversion pipeline, as well as onboarding and managing staff for lead generation as well as face-to-face sales. Management: This position directly reports to iconiK Management and is expected to manage a full spectrum of lead generation funnels alongside an operational sales team. Job Requirements: Holder of this position must pose a strong, dynamic and independent comportment at all times.
Must be a team player and able to communicate positively and clearly with potential iconiK Club
Members and colleagues alike. Must be capable of establishing and operating a dedicated sales and lead generation team and proving said team by consistently achieving adequate sales conversion rates. Important: The head of sales is going to build a new department with new business operations and objectives. Fluency in two languages (English and Russian). Previous experience in sales and management is required. Working Days/Hours: Office hours 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (but be prepared to respond to sales concerns and emails after-hours and on weekends) Job details:
