Job Description
The position oversees group-wide FP&A activities, driving financial strategy, advanced modeling, and executive-level decision support.
- Strategic Insight: Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Financial Modeling: Expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Business Partnering: Align financial strategy closely with business objectives.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication & Leadership: Effective influencer at the executive level.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
MBA (Finance) advantageous
CFA strongly preferred * Minimum 10-12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
- Significant experience in senior FP&A positions at complex group structures or sovereign-backed entities
- Demonstrated experience in implementing performance monitoring frameworks (BSC, OKRs, KPIs)
- Proven leadership of FP&A teams, ideally within growth environment
- Opportunity to be part of a top-tier Investment advisory firm
- Extensive exposure to international markets
