Job Description
We are currently headhunting for a Head of Financial Sponsors & Corporate Strategy with a reputable Investment entity based in the UAE. This role will entail building and maintaining strong relationships with financial sponsors, private equity firms, and strategic investors. The suitable candidate will lead efforts to identify and execute investment opportunities, driving growth and profitability for both our clients and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with financial sponsors, private equity firms, and strategic investors
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead the execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and deal structuring
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, to evaluate potential investments and assess risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on financial sponsors and strategic investors
- Strong network of relationships with financial sponsors and private equity firms
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successful deal execution
