Inviting applications for the below position for one of the renowned real estate developer in UAE for its Dubai branch. Position: Head of Finance / DGM-Finance
Sector: Real Estate development
Package: 20 K or above (based on previous experience and package)
Location: Dubai Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, feasibility, corporate finance functions. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
CPA or equivalent
10+ years of experience preferably in the real estate industry as head of finance.
Strategic planning and vision
Excellent Leadership and organizational skills
Financial Planning and Budgeting
Investment Management
P&L management
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
