Develop, manage and implement financial, investment and treasury policies and procedures. 2. Review DIRC consolidated statement & report performance to shareholders, Board of Directors & Audit Committee. 3. Implement budgetary process by establishing detailed budget schedules; collecting, analysing, and consolidating budget data. 4. Achieve budget objectives by analysing actual v/s budgets for the Company. 5. Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure that audits and reviews are carried out effectively and all audit / review comments are discussed and appropriately closed. 6. Perform evaluation of DIRC Properties periodically.. Preparation of feasibility for new/existing opportunity 7. Oversee Real Estate investments of DIRC. 8. Liaise & negotiate commercial terms with external service providers/consultants and submit recommendations to High Management. 9. Undertake effective management of cash flow and negotiating credit facilities. 10. Review on monthly basis MIS of DIRC - standalone financial results, position and cash flows. 11. Review on monthly basis MIS of Al Moujama - standalone financial results, position and cash flows and report to its Board. 12. Coordinate with Techsource for the implementation of new Leasing Software. 13. Perform any other related job duties as requested by General Manager
