Main Accountabilities

Creation and management reporting of Financial and management accounts on a regular periodic basis
Management of Central bank financial related queries
Responsible for managing the Year end statutory Audit and ad hoc auditqueries from external auditor
Statutory Central Bank reporting and relationship
Manage Internal Audit and response
Contribute to identify efficiencies, savings, process improvements
Produce Month end management report
Assist with Board meetings information requests
Assist with Budget, quarterly forecast and weekly flash preparation
PL and BS reviews
Recommend process Improvements
Assist with Operations/Management queries
Assist with Central Bank and external Audit relationship
Assist with the equivalent tasks as above \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. Petty cash procedures,Banking facilities, Compliance/Internal Audit matters etc.
Monitoring liquidity risks.
Preparing reconciliation reports and other CBB financial related reports

Expereince & Skills

Suitable Financial qualifications eg ACCA, ACA,CPA
Appointment will need to approved by CBB so previous CBB approval would be advantageous
Relevant experience in Financial Control, Regulatory and Audit framework
Good commercial skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to be a business partner and contribute to commercial business success
