Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: up to AED 27,000

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Work timings: 9AM - 6PM

Role snapshot

Lead end-to-end finance: reporting, budgets, cash, audits, compliance and financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial reports and board packs. Own budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning. Manage audits, statutory filings and UAE compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax). Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking relationships and working capital. Build financial models for investments, credit facilities and strategic decisions. Strengthen controls, improve processes and drive finance automation. Lead, mentor and grow a small finance team.

Must-have

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with ?2 years in a managerial role. Hands-on with accounting systems (Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP) and Excel modelling. Proven audit, cash-flow, budgeting and UAE compliance experience. Strong communicator, ethical and commercially minded.

Have you managed external statutory audits in the UAE and successfully closed all material audit findings on time? Have you led a finance system implementation or migration (Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP) that reduced month-end close time or strengthened controls? Have you built investor/lender-grade financial models used to secure funding, a credit facility, or support a major investment decision? Have you owned UAE VAT and corporate tax filings and negotiated treasury/banking facilities with UAE banks? The max salary offered is AED27,000.
