Head of Finance & Accounting

to lead its financial operations,. This role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on accounting oversight. You'll be responsible for managing cash flow, budgeting, compliance, financial reporting, audits, invoicing, and payroll--ensuring sound financial management and control across the business. Knowledge of Zoho/QuickBooks is preferred. Hands-on with any large ERP is a value add.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full accounting cycle (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, financial statements) Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting Develop and execute financial strategy and risk management Lead internal controls, compliance, and audit coordination Handle payroll, labor tax, and regulatory filings (GST, tax, etc.) Maintain banking relationships and optimize working capital Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CA preferred) 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles, in UAE Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
