About the Role: We are hiring for a leading retail group in the UAE seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operational control across its furniture division. This role requires a forward-thinking CA with proven expertise in financial leadership, supply chain finance, and logistics control within a furniture or large-format retail business. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the furniture vertical. Drive financial visibility and control across the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations. Collaborate with logistics and SCM teams to ensure cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and accurate landed costing. Monitor product margins, pricing strategy, and SKU-level profitability. Implement strong internal controls across all warehousing and distribution operations. Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for senior leadership. Support ERP and system improvements related to finance and logistics integration. Lead a team of finance professionals across operations, compliance, and business partnering. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-18 years of experience. Must have led finance for furniture, home retail, or hard good. Deep understanding of logistics finance, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational mindset. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
