Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced

Group Head - Marketing

to lead and execute marketing strategies across all our business verticals. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine creative vision with data-driven decision making to drive brand growth and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead a cross-functional marketing team and foster collaboration across all business units. Define and maintain brand positioning for each company within the Group. Manage all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email). Oversee advertising campaigns, events, and brand activations. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities. Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Multi-industry experience preferred (Real Estate, F&B, Hospitality, Healthcare, Investments). Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Expertise in digital marketing and CRM tools.
