The OfferGreat work environmentAttractive salary & benefitsLeadership RoleThe JobJob description:We are seeking a special candidate who has already worked and developed Crypto Exchange Platform, FinTech, Blockchain environment in a fast-paced technical platform environment, (high frequency, low latency & high security).The candidate will be experienced in Full Stack Development, SDLC (DevSecOps / CICD, tooling), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Using your technical, operational skills to develop and enhance applications and platforms.In this role, the successful individual will oversee our current exchange systems, apps (iOS/android), electronic communication networks. It is expected that the candidate will lead team development, mobile apps and exchange development, upgrades, fixes and provide training and support. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge across a range of technologies including core Blockchain development, Mobile Apps, ECN, Cloud DevSecOps, CICD, tooling, agile sprints, and releases (SDLC). From day one, you'll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our SDLC, Digital, Applications, Platforms, architecture, ECN (electronic communication networks), along with an impact on our overall growth.Accountabilities SLAs as per agreed, coordinate and manage high impact / escalations directly. All round development knowledge and skills, with analytical, customer focused quality approach to work. The design, configuration, operations, and administration of all Fintech & Blockchain (Platform, Applications, Systems, Networks, Security, Availability, Reliability, Resilience), to ensure the stable operation of the organizations business. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing applications & platforms. Responsible for functional competence, development, training, motivation, workload planning.It is expected that the candidate can be hands-on, lead and manage the team with all the below tech stack. Block Chain:Hands on experience and expert knowledge in Blockchain, crypto (hft, dlt, exchange, wallets), technologies, mobile apps (IOS & Android) development, TokenScript. Blockchain / smart contracts development: Solidity / Ethereum, Web3.js or ethers.js, ERC / EIP Ethereum standards, EVMs, smart contract tools (Truffle, Hardhat), auditing / testing tools (MythX, karl, Solgraph, fuzzing).Familiarity with DeFi protocols mecahnics and smart contract codebases and / or digital assets /payments and other token standards like ERC-777/20/721/1155/1400 and existing open-source implementations (OpenZeppelin, Universal Token, etc).Knowledge / understanding of cross-chain interoperability techniques (HTLC, bridging), L2 technologies (ZK/optimistic rollups, PoS/PoA sidechains).Experience with DApps/smart contracts on ETH mainnet or L2/sidechain (DeFi DApps / protocols or token-based use cases. FinTech:Hands on experience in developing, integrating FinTech products & applications i.e. KYC / AML / CTF (Identity & Fraud), RPA (Doc Checks), Robo advisors, 3rd party integrations (ledgers, chains, custody solutions, etc).Understanding of Applied mathematical models, Bayesian statistics and modelling for building rules engines, score cards, process, and risk automation, etc.Experience in building, bridging and interoperability of interbank market, ECN, Forex Broker, understanding of FX markets, liquidity pools, Equinix Servers (NY4, LD5, TY3), etc. DevSecOps:Hands on and leading tech stack development on C++, Scala, Python, Rust, JScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Typescript, Node.JS, API integrations, AWS Lambda (serverless), micro-services architecture, Kafka or Redis.Expert knowledge on, CICD pipelines, (CircleCI), multithreaded and asynchronous programming, Unix/Linux operations.Understanding / Practice of cloud orchestrations, pipelines via Jenkins, Git and Git workflows, containerization of apps using docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Apache, Jenkins and security policies and procedures, AWS and Azure Infra (Cloud & Hybrid Models).Practice of Web servers, i.e., nginx, Apache, implementing best practices, optimizations, and monitoring toolsPractice of Infra Provisioning / Configuring and Automation tools, i.e., Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible (YAML Playbooks), Chef, Puppet, Vault, Prometheus, New Relic, Datadog.Strong experience and practice of Infrastructure as a code (VPC, Subnets, VPNs, Route Tables, WAF, etc).Strong practice, knowledge and understanding of servers, databases (AWS EC2, RDS, Azure AKS, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RHEL).Experience building a modern DevOps factory foundation and a COE.Cloud Resources (VM, LB, Storage, etc.), security, edge routers, VPC, VPN, Tunnels Apps (IOS & Android):Proficient with UIKIT as code, writing RESTFUL APIs to connect IOS Apps to back-end services, GIT, gitflow, integrating opensource technologies, opensource libraries i.e., Trust Wallet and Alpha Wallet.Android Architecture components i.e., MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel. Strong understanding of OOP and architectural patterns.Android Responsive UI Framework, customized widget, Constraint Layout, animation, vector graphics.Unit and component / integration testing as part of day-to-day development, utilizing TDD and BDD techniques. Experience with RXJava2, Firebase. Google Play Store listing and release knowledge, Github actions, build process (CMake, Gradle), NDK. WebDevProficient experience covering a range of client-oriented web technologies, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, GraphQL, REST, lifecycle hooks, RXJS, Redux, Storage, Web Assembly, HTTP HTTP2, Websockets. SecurityWork alongside and in cases lead privacy and security practices for best-in-class user experience.Strong practice and understanding of Cloud Security, Information Security standards, PII, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX compliance, OWASP TOP 10.Lead, manage and maintain essential SAST & DAST practice, checks and audits and proficient in CDN Security.Ensure code checks, health checks, pen tests in the SDLC lifecycle.Sound understanding of data security, data integrity, data governance, data lifecycle (originations), storage, persistent data, data remediation, data encryption security management (standards, methods, tools, and apps).Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.DeliveryExperience creating test cases, solution designs and documenting work, findings, designs, components architecture on wiki, etc.Overall delivery of apps, solutions, platform projects of Cryptocurrencies, HFT, FinTech, Trading & Ledgers.Interact and collaborate with DevSecOps & Technology teams to understand their strategic direction and align Infra with business needs and identify opportunities to deliver viable solution. Leading, Collaborating and ImplementingWorking closely with other teams (product, design) to provide guidance on best implementations. Collaborate with other teams (desktop, mobile and web) to formulate best practices.Work alongside and in cases lead privacy and security practices for best-in-class user experience.Leading teams in Agile operations with proven track record (2+ year in blockchain, 10+ years in SDLC, 5+ years working on Enterprise-grade Crypto Exchange platform projects).Hands on and leading the team towards structured code writing and document findings, solutions on wiki.Ability to lead and hands on full stack java development with best practices and security + cloud first methodsHands on experience in building trade & ledger applications, building applied mathematical models, calculators, and rule engines.Ensure highest operational and management via ticket escalation and sprint cycles and ensure SLAs (internal, multilevel and customer). Coordinate and review SLAs with all teams, departments, business units.Handle, prioritize business-critical tasks and system improvement. Enable faster and smarter processes and resource productivity.Working with the Infra team to ensure escalations are resolved within time frame to ensure high availability, reliability, resilience of all systems, apps, and platforms. Working in SDLC, Agile (Jira) & Scrum frameworks.Applications, Platforms and Solutions alignment with enterprise Architecture.Execute approved architecture, solutions, design, documentation, implementation, and testing. Ensure components meet needs and work together seamlessly.Vulnerabilities testing, pen testing and implement upgrades as well as performance troubleshootingInteract and collaborate with other DevSecOps & Technology teams to understand their strategic direction and align with business needs and identify opportunities to deliver viable solution.The ProfileRequirements:Qualified Degree (minimum Bachelors) in Engineering Sciences or Computer Software engineering.Minimum 4-5 years as Head of Development Managing CRYPTO Fintech Development TeamsSoftware Development Managerial Experience of at least 5 years (managing team size of 30-40 technology staff/resources)Minimum 2 year experience in Blockchain development on apps, tokens, exchange & ledgers (preferred)Minimum 3 years' experience in FinTech and or Blockchain arms of either Big Banks, Big Consulting, Data Bureau, or FinTech Startups.Minimum 5 years work experience as DevSecOps, SDLC.Overall experience 16 - 20 years a minimumExtensive experience in architecting enterprise applications and platforms on public cloud solutions.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Good cross team communication skills.Self-managed, proactive work style.
