Backed by a substantial round of funding we are recruiting the best and brightest to continue building our world-class team out. We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to join our team. In this role, you'll report directly to the Founder and CEO. You'll lead, grow and develop our acquisition strategy across all online and offline channels. These channels include search, social channels, our website, partner marketing, and a handful of other channels. You are a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader. You are eager to expand dopay's market awareness, educate and capture buyers' interest, and build a pipeline of MQLs and SQLs. You work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Product to define an ambitious demand generation strategy and ensure we are developing the right tools and talent to drive pipeline growth.
What you'll do?

Ideate and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs)
Build and manage the development and execution of lead generation programs including search, email, paid social and account-based marketing
Own dopay.com and provide regular reporting on conversation rate optimization and campaign effectiveness
Drive the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel
Optimize and leverage email marketing (re-engagement of archived leads, lead generating email campaigns, ongoing lead-nurturing campaigns, database maintenance, and growth)
Identify and create assets that guide our prospects through the buying journey
Identify and implement data-driven experiments for ongoing learning and program optimization
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipelines and revenue
Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve demand operations
Collaborate closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Product to develop processes for pipeline strategy
Create short-form content marketing projects such as email, landing page, and a copy, or banners for display and other paid advertising channels using template designs
Report on actionable, quantifiable insights from marketing programs that can influence and guide future programs
Manage a team that includes Copywriter, Graphic Designer, SEO and PPC Specialists, BI analyst, E-mail marketeer and Lead Developers
Requirements
Who you are?
You are a data-driven and experienced marketing leader with 6+ years of demand generation experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS market
You have B2B marketing experience, including scaling at a growing organization
You have an execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
You have a growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
You have a high level of curiosity and are very interested in learning and discovering new things and have sharp ideas to improve and optimise current processes and tools
You are an excellent manager and people leader with a passion for growing individual contributors and managers
You have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost-effective marketing campaigns with clear ROI focused metrics
You're comfortable reporting on investor-level metrics like CAC payback etc.
You're okay to get in the weeds and make it happen to meet pipeline goals
You have vendor selection experience and familiarity with the marketing technology landscape
Be fluent in English and - preferably - in Arabic
