Position Summary
1. Improve customers' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.
2. Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.
3. Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance(Website's download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Platform Strategy] Oversee the process of collecting business requests, establishing business processes, planning services and designing solutions.
2. [Project Management] Lead functionality enhancement/roll-out (development sepcification, timeline, budget) and advancement of new functionality development.
3. [Platform Operation] Oversee task launching, incident managment, enhancement of security and infrastructure, download speed improvement, search engine optimization(SEO) and tagging work.
Skills and QualificationsLeads Part in a smaller Line of Business with global breadth or in small subsidiaries and develops short-term & mid-term strategy
Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization

* Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 years experience
