Position
As part of the Finance team in Dubai, the Head of Controlling will have these responsibilities:
Top Line target and taking into account the OTB effect on the JVs financials)
Finance and Head office departments, will be on a daily basis.
- Planning
- Financial Budget and Forecast
- JVs yearly BP preparation
Top Line target and taking into account the OTB effect on the JVs financials)
- Reporting
- Sharing with Head of Accounting on a monthly basis
- accuracy of Actuals figures
- driving accruals
- Follow-up with different Business partners actuals vs Plan and Reforecast
- Top Line
- Opex
- Capex
- In general support to Finance department on ad-hoc tasks (e.g. Cash forecast planning)
- BP/CER Simulations
- Power Point Business Reviews
Finance and Head office departments, will be on a daily basis.
Profile
- 3/5years of experience in the same role / managerial level
- Excellent communication skills, extroverted personality
- Excellent project management skills including multi-tasking prioritization and organization
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience in the Retail industry is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 excel.
