Job Description
Our client is a tier one consultant who have delivered iconic developments globally. As part of their regional strategic growth plan, they are looking to appoint a commercial lead to oversee an established commercial team in the UAE. This role will be responsible for the running all day-to-day aspects of the commercial team including:

- Running the multinational commercial team through both pre and post deliverable and ensure that are meeting both the businesses and client requirements.
- Actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on technically complex projects.
- Work with private and public sector clients to effectively \xe2\x80\x9cwin work\xe2\x80\x9d and build a project pipeline for the regional office.
- Ideally a member of recognised professional institute - RICS, AIQS, etc
- Has a relevant degree from a recognised university.
- Is exceptionally presentable with the ability to work within a client facing role.
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost Control techniques.
- Is able to manage time effectively.
- 12 years minimum experience.
- Must have worked for a similar tier 1 consultant.
- Must have experience in the UAE market with an established contract base among both public and private sector development companies
