We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as the Head of Commercial Agency based in our Dubai office. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee our commercial brokerage activities, driving growth and success in the dynamic Dubai market. Your responsibilities will include identifying and capitalising on business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and developing effective strategies to expand our market presence and generate revenue. As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of brokers and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued success. Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market across all commercial asset classes.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts to generate new leads and foster business relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Manage and lead a team of commercial real estate agents, brokers, and support staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure the team\xe2\x80\x99s success and achievement of targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and strive for long-term client relationships.
  • Actively engage with clients to identify and capitalise on opportunities for additional business.
  • Stay up to date with the local commercial real estate market trends, including market dynamics, supply and demand, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and facilitate the successful closure of commercial real estate transactions, including lease agreements and property sales.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the negotiation and closing process.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients while maintaining a strong focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Skills and experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business, finance, or related disciplines).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market, including current trends, key players, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing transactions and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, real estate databases and portals, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  • A UAE driving licence is essential.
